We are a small upscale bakery focusing on gourmet cakes and desserts. Leading Le Cordon Bleu pastry chef, Maile focuses on using the freshest, purest ingredients to create cakes and pastries all from scratch using seasonal product. Mainly wholesale and pre-orders collaborating with high-end hotels, restaurants and selected cafes. Known for our Tres Leches cakes, unique variety of perfectly chewy French macarons, large array of pies and cobblers and our famous chocolate dipped short breads.
